Gerry Lyman has over 30 years experience nurturing entrepreneurial ventures and working with large joint venture partners.   The large JV partners were multi-national, multi-billion dollar entities. Several of the small companies relied on patents for market differentiation. 

Mr. Lyman has studied cyclical industries, financial instruments and financial markets in an academic setting and as an investment research analyst. In particular, he was Home Furnishings analyst for Bankers Trust Company.

Mr. Lyman received a BSE, with Honors, from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Harvard University. He has been involved in youth sports and numerous community activities and served as President of the Board of Trustees of St. Margaret of Scotland Episcopal School, the finest educational (pre-K-12) institution in Southern California. He is presently Treasurer of St. Margaretís Church.
